THE LEGEND OF UNO
THE EARLY YEARS
Born with an uncanny sense of direction, young UNO amazed his family by never getting lost in their neighborhood, even as a small child.
By age 16, he was working as a paperboy and quickly became known for delivering to every house, even those with hard-to-find addresses that other paperboys skipped.
THE DISCOVERY
After years of delivery driving for various companies, UNO noticed a pattern: every package that was marked "undeliverable" by others had clues that could lead to the right recipient.
In 1998, he developed his own system of cross-referencing phone books, city records, and local knowledge to find addresses others couldn't.
THE IMPOSSIBLE DELIVERY
In 1992, when all other couriers refused a package addressed to "Michael Donovan, moved from Boston, somewhere near Chicago," UNO took the challenge!
After 36 hours of research and driving, Michael Donovan of Evanston, Illinois received his package and word of UNO's skills began to spread.
